Prime Capture OS is not a government agency and is not affiliated with SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, GSA, or any other government entity.

No Guarantee

Use of the software does not guarantee eligibility, registration, bid acceptance, contract award, revenue, or any other business outcome.

Subscriptions And Billing

When paid subscriptions become available, pricing and billing frequency will be shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.

Cancellation And Refunds

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests will be handled according to the refund terms presented at checkout and the policies of our merchant of record.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, infringement, malicious activity, or attempts to disrupt the service.
